- A passionate early childhood edupreneur with over 20+ years of experience, travelled across the length and breadth of the country to understand the preschool industry and trained over 5000+ preschool owners (online & offline) in India.
- Bachelor of Commerce, Graduate from Delhi University, and MBA Degree from Indian Institute of Planning & Management, New Delhi. Loves to travel, network, market, and work on new business ideas.

- Founder & Business Convener of International Vaish Federation’s Business Wing, IVF Business Global. Added 15,000+ entrepreneur members across 9 countries.
Our extensive weekly training program is designed to equip our educators with the latest knowledge and best practices. From preschool fundamentals to specialised areas like STEAM, special needs, technology, and safety, our ongoing training ensures our team is always up-to-date.
- Joined Hello Kids Chain of Preschools in 2007. Manages company operations and curriculum development. Played a key role in shaping the Hello Kids franchise model. Successfully implemented the "No Royalty" model. This innovative approach drove business growth and expansion.
- Bachelor of Engineering in Information Technology (BE - IT) from KIIT (Kalinga Institute of Industrial Technology), Bhubaneswar.
- Worked for India’s leading IT company - Infosys Technologies and one of China’s leading IT companies - Huawei Technologies.
